مجوز رسمی Accreditation

روندی است که از طریق آن سازمان اقدام علیه مین، رسماً صلاحیتدار و قادر به برنامه ریزی،مدیریت و انجام عملیات فعالیت های اقدام علیه مین به صورتایمن،موثر و کارآمد شناخته شود.

نکته: برای اکثر برنامه های اقدام علیه مین، نهاد ملی مین روبی هر کشوری،نهادی خواهد بود که مجوز رسمی را ارائه می دهد.سازمان های بین المللی مانند ملل متحد یا نهادهای منطقه ای نیز طرح های مجوز رسمی را ارائه می دهند.

نکته:کاربردISO 9000 این است که یک نهاد" اعتبار بخشی"نهادهای"صدور گواهینامه یا ثبت"را که گواهینامه ISO 9000 را به سازمان ها اعطامیکند معتبر می کند.این کاربرد در IMAS کاملاً متفاوت بوده و بر اساس تعریف اصلی فوق می باشد که در جامعه اقدام علیه مین به خوبی درک شده است.

the procedure by which a mine action organization is formally recognised as competent and able to plan, manage and operationally conduct mine action activities safely, effectively and efficiently.

Note: For most mine action programmes, the NMAA will be the body which provides accreditation.
International organisations such as the United Nations or regional bodies may also introduce accreditation schemes.

Note: ISO 9000 usage is that an ‘Accreditation’ body accredits the ’Certification or Registration’ bodies that award ISO 9000 certificates to organisations. The usage in IMAS is completely different to this, and is based on the main definition above, which is well understood in the mine action community.
