مهمات خوشه ای یا مهمات انفجاری کوچکتری هستند که مورد استفاده قرار نگرفته و جا گذاشته یا رها شده اند، و دیگر تحت کنترل فردی که آن ها را جا گذاشته نیستند.این مهمات ممکن است برای استفاده آماده بشود یا نشود.
